Well today was my first day with a therapist and we talked briefly about all the stressors that I've experienced in life. I thought that I would leave with more coping techniques but I guess she'll gradually introduce some techniques. She did however, recommend some books:

Anxiety Cure - Archibald Hart
Boundaries - Cloud & Townsend
Brain Lock - Schwartz

She wants me to get these books for my library. Just wanted to share with you guys. I'm glad I have you guys to talk to and the program to help me in between sessions. Smiler
