big chief - what works for me is doing the meditation and breathing. also, get out and exercise! if you can't get out, try a treadmill. by exercising, your increasing your endorphins which help combat the adrenaline released in your body. also, endorphins help with depression.

we all tend to get depression with this anxiety condition. meditation and exercise really help.

good luck and god bless, suz

bigchief:

i read your post and have been where you are. you might be feeling uncomfortable because of the adrenaline that is generated by a panick attach. try to get outside and walk in the sunshine. the walk is good for your health as it eliminates the adrenaline and the sunshine feels good and is good for you. if you can't get outside, walk up and down the stairs a few times to get your heart rate up to get rid of the adrenaline. any kind of activity is excellent for you because it does increase the endorphines which creates seratonin - which is a hormone that creates a feeling of peace.
