Hi,
I completed Session 2 some weeks ago and found that I had an intense anxiety attack afterward after using the six steps. Sometimes I've noticed that I will not have an anxiety attack in a similar situation for months and then they return. Does anyone have any suggestions or have similar situations? Thanks for the advice. Georgie |

I have similar problems as well. I can weeks without an an attack, but then i have one and it takes me two to three days to recover (depression, crying, anxiety). I am trying to understand what are my triggers etc. I am not writing my journal, but I think that may help me. Are you doing any journaling? Maybe someone who is further along in the program can help guide us about what we can do.

you need to stabalize your mood. i dont know if you are taking the good day vitamins, but they did it for me, without any meds. go for a jog or walk, you may feel anxious while exercising, as do i, but afterwords its well worth it. try the good day vitamins, made a huge difference for me.

I have to admit, I have not been taking them regularly, only when I remember. I don't believe taht I had any attacks on those days now that I think about it. Is it worth it to buy these vitamins every month or can i get these cheaper at a store?

Hi,
I have not been taking vitamins as such but I have been eating bananas and taking Potassium Supplements. I notice I am more prone to the anxiety attacks when I am not at least taking the Potassium Supplements. I also seem to have them only when I am performing in front of an "audience" either in a concert or in church. Georgie |
