I have a hard time eating, i can go 12 to 15 hours with out eating anything cause of not being hungry & when i eat i choke but the weird thing is i can really only eat hotdogs will this pass or am i just going to be the crazy hotdog eating guy forever?

i too get the choking sensation and its not that your crazy for hotdogs...its what you feel comfortable eating..i believe deep down you believe that you dont choke when you eat the hot dogs so thats why you eat them..i stay away from anything that i believe might be too salty...you know why...im afraid of my blood pressure going up...its all about how your thinking

I too been having alot of problem with that choking sensation. I'm still goin through it right now. at least you can eat hot dog. i haven't been eating much for almost a good month now. all i been eating is soup. i been soo weak cuz i feel like i don't have any food in me. then my throat gets all wierd when i eat. i also have a hard time swallowing cuz of this wanting to burp sensation. its really wierd but i'm so scared. I Hope it can help ease your pain knowing sumone is feelin the same and your' not crazy. its tru about eating what u feel comfortable eating, cuz i only feel comfortable eating soup. and thats all i can eat all day is soup.

I used to get the same thing when i was younger. You just have to tell yourself your not going to choke. Keep your mind busy while you eat watch tv, go on the computer just stop thinking about it. Eat small and slow. I have the same problem with breathing here and there.
