Hi Judy - I'm Helen. I just started and I too have great hopes. What is the saying? I've been down so long it looks like up to me. Really bad marriage for 20 years took a toll. Now I need to make the most of what I have and I really do have a lot.......I am my own worst enemy that;s for sure.

Hi Judi,
I recently started the program also, about 6 days ago. I'm really looking forward to it too. I sure hope it works! I felt the same about the relaxation cd also, but it really does relax me. It feels really good to get that relaxed in about 10 minutes. Nothing else does that for meSmiler

Hi everyone. I'm new to the program as well. It's my second week on the program. It feels so overwhelming like so much information(the casettes and video tape). I try to make sure Im listening to everything. So far I feel much better that I have been. Good luck.

Come here and ask questions, we're here to help. You have all the tools necessary to get past this and once you do LIFE IS AWESOME!

Welcome to everyone who is new. I went through the program two times. After being out of it for awhile, I started to get to relaxed and let some of my old bad habits take over again, but the program helped me get right back on track. It is allot of information but it all works together and it really does help. Good luck to you all!
