I just want to give everyone a chance to look back on this past week and recognize their progress with the AA&D Program.
This week, I started the vicious cycle of feeling sick in the mornings, but I improve throughout the day - I showed up everyday during my last week of work - I ate a little at a time - and I make progress with my evening projects. |

Thanks for the positive post Lena. This is my first one and it dawned on me while reading yours that i was anxious about posting anything! I was worried about being judged, about posting in the right place and saying the right things! Hee hee! So thanks for providing some inspiration to help me have this posting success!! Amazing to find limitations and break through them where you think there are none.

Deni, Welcome to the MWC forum and you are among friends here. Do not feel bad or embarassed about posting and being judged. There are some very nice people that provide great insight and helpful words and many have been through what you have been through and can share their experiences.
My progress I have made during the week was going into the city for a baseball game. I was anxious and did not want to go but I told myself that it is not about me it was about the kids and I could beat anxiety if it raised it's ugly head. I took a xanax on the way to the train station because I had that smothering sensation but we made it to the game and we all had a blast and it gave me the courage to do more downtown and to take the train and have no worries!! I beat anxiety and lived life! |
