HI everyone,
I just started session 2 and I'm still quite anxious. This chat is new to me and causing some anxiety. Hope I am doing it right  I hope all this stuff goes away soon  |

The online chat is only optional. I went through most of the program before discovering there even was a chat.
BTW, I don't recommend the live community chat. I had some bad experiences in there and was weirded out by some of the people. |
