I feel the same way. I'm always waiting "for the other shoe to drop". Even the best days have a cloud hanging over them. I can't seem to fully enjoy anything.

What is the resolution?

I too feel nausea all the time. I don't really know why either but it is really annoying and hard to deal with.

Hi everyone,

You may be interested in finding an herbalist to help with this. I had this problem for years. When I found my nutritionist, he started me on herbs and enzymes that treat certain infections and inflammation in the intestine. Antibiotics do not address these infections and sometimes cause them. My nutritionist is a professional Ph.D. and has been helping people for years. The typical infection is candidae yeast. Many health food stores carry good products to help with this, but if your condition is serious, it's very effective to find a professional to help. Especially if anyone is taking meds.

Good luck,

I'm constantly nauseous, too. Thanks for the advice about an herbalist. How do you find a good one? I worry about the nausea all the time -- think about it, monitor it. Needless to say, it gets much worse as I panic and is my biggest physical concern as I panic. It terrifies me.

Hi Beebee,

Ask your friends and family if they know of someone in your area. Look in your local yellow pages under nutritionist or holistic or herbs/herbalist (maybe in the "physician" section). Google online for herbalist or nutritionist or holistic physician. You might also google online for "cure for nausea" or "cure for anxiety and panic".

I don't know where you live, but here is a web site that I found for Dr. Anita Pepi, a chiropractor, nutritionist, and herbalist in Los Angeles, CA. I have never used her, but it may be a starting place...

http://www.drpepi.com/

And here are a few other online resources that you might find helpful:

Good luck,

Eileen could be very right about candida because the intestines react to anxiety very much. Mine did when I had panic attacks at night.

I was told by my Dr. to take a good probiotic formula everyday because our gut is our 2nd immune system. This helped me along with doing a series a foot detoxes to get rid of the candida.

Also, for temporary relief that works really well I use peppermint oil on my temples and under nose. It gives oxygen and just lifts the spirits as well. You can also buy Peppermint oil to take internally or even rub it on your tummy... Whatever works best for you...
