I feel I need to start session 2 again because this morning I've had several Panic Attacks and I haven't had any in a long time. I just had a recent medication change so I'm not sure if that's the trigger or what. I feel like I'm back to the drawing board and feel very depressed over it. The problem with these meds is you don't know if it's a real or just withdrawal.

What meds are you taking?

I am taking Lexapro 20 mg and this is my 13th day since switching from Paxil. I also take 1 mg of Klonopin at night before bed and I tried reducing that to .5 and a think I had some bad withdrawal. I went back up to 1 mg and have been feeling a little better every day.

Lexapro is awful. I took it for 2 days & thought I was going insane. I found other people online at the time too that could not tolerate it. It is supposedly a very strong drug. Just my input.

I actually find it milder then the Paxil, the only problem I think I'm having is from the Klonopin withdrawal. The problem I have with the meds is how can you work on the sessions and notice any improvment when the meds are causing issues. Very frustrating!!!
