I havn't had a panic attack in almost a year aince I've been on a low dose of effexor 37.5 mg and 1 mg of Clonazepam/kolonopin 1 mg twice a day. The reason I started this program is because I know I can't stay on these drugs for ever, don't like some of the side effects (though I can live with them) and would like to get to the bottom of the real issues.
