I can't tell the difference--after finishing session 1, I recalled how a few years ago I used to get homesick on short term travel away from my family. Like 2-4 day conferences. I would just feel so sad and cry and call my husband, even in the middle of the night. I would almost go home. I would find all kinds of things that were wrong with the hotel or conference and just want to leave. After reading the workbook I'm now beginning to think that those were panic attacks of some sort even though I didn't feel like I was going to die or have a heart attack. Has anyone ever felt this and if so is it a form of a panic attack or what? Thanks for your input!!

Sounds more like homesickness/anxiety attack to me rather than panic.
If it were a panic attack it would be more of feeling of having to get out of their right now! Wanted to be anywhere else than where you where, impending doom, feeling like you are going to just crawl out of your skin type of deal. Panic attack are much more sever over an anxiety attack. Now, Im no expert, but that would be my guess.
Good news is...either way you'll over come it with this program
