Hi everyone. I am new to this program. I am in my first week. Tomorrow I start my second week. I think it is the missing link in my life. I have been through lots of therapy, alcohol and drug treatment twice, and many anitdepressants. I hate being on them but evertime I tried to go off I would get the same answer. You have a chemical imbalance and the only thing that is going to help are these pills. Well, somewhere in my heart I knew better and many therapists have tried to sell me on their theory but I havent bought it and probaly never will. This program CLICKED for me. I knew someone out there understood but I didnt know where to foind them. Well, I finally did. I have struggled with anxiety and depression my whole life. It feels like I found the missing piece of my life puzzle!

Hi - welcome to the program that will change your life for the better. I completed the program 5 years ago and have been back to "normal" for the past 3 years. I never have panic attacks (and I was just beginning to be totally housebound when I started the program), I hardly ever get sick anymore (I was constantly ill), have been off of medication for 3 years, and feel better than I ever have. Have faith in the program because it really works! Please do not get discouraged if it ever feels like you are not where you want to be. When your body is truly ready to overcome the disorder you will. Be patient! Whenever I hit an obstacle I would ask myself "how bad do you want it?" If you want it bad enough you will get it - just like I did. Good luck!
