Hi Everyone,

I have the program from quite a few years ago(probably 2003ish) and I have read on here a few times how there is a girl talking about bladder/urinating symptoms on one of the tapes(which tape is it?) This is not on my tapes and my biggest and hugest struggle/symptom that is absolutely so frustrating for me. Would anyone mind telling me exactly what this girl said on the tape(the tapes must be newer than what I have???)I really wish this symptom was on my tape as I can relate to this so much. Does she say anything how she got over it or anything. I would appreciate anyone who could help me with what this girl said on the tape about her bladder.

I don't know anything about this tape that you're refering to, but i have the same problem. I whent to a Urologist and he told me that it's caused by stress. What happens is the muscle in the bladder contracts, sending a message to the brain that you have to urinate. He prescribed Uroxitrill and it has helped me a lot. I still have the problem when i'm really stressed, even if i take the medication. So look into getting this medication, and cut down on your stress and it will most likely help.
