Hi everyone I am not new to the discussion board but finally ordered the program and am ANXIOUSLY waitng for it to come. I have had anxiety since I was about 12 and am 27 now and finally thought I should do something about it to feel better. Mine usually comes and goes but at times I get very obsessed about my health and am always looking for something wrong with me so I need to change the way I think. Hi Bobbie...It's great that you have ordered the program! It has worked wonders for me, and I am beginning to be able to take my life back little by little. My only regret is that I didn't discover it sooner. I wish you the best of luck! Deanna
