Recently, I have been trying to break out of the anxiety (working, Driving & Being by myself). I notice I am so anxious all the time I feel like I could jump out of my skin. It starts with the anxious feelings then can esculate into a panic attack. I am trying to just flow with the symptoms but sometimes it is hard. I know I am healthy because I just received all the blood test back and everything is normal. Can anyone offer some suggestions? Thanks!

Just flow with the day or night and use the program cards slowly and things work themself out.Give life time to be life and live Ok.
