hi sammy i have a suggestion and please dont think im being smug
but i think its a neat trick i used to do the same thing lol but whata you do when its 85 degrees out for some reason the heat makes my panics worse so i would run to the most logical place in my house the fridge freezer i would simply stick my head in till i felt better and if i was in a mall or somewhere i the bathroom sink helped a little water in my face cooled those nasty hot flashes down enough so i could bear them till i got home or if it gets really bad at home a cold shower does the trick hope i helped God Bless |

you know if you ice your wrists it will cook you down faster...same with icing the back of your neck.
I so know how you feel everytime I had an anxiety attack Id get really hot and flush and all that happy stuff. Water on the face and sticking your head in a freezer also works like Lisa mentioned. May look silly but it works. Also standing in front of the airconditioning |

hey, Sammy. Boy can I relate to this one! I keep 2 of those blue gel freezer packs in my freezer at all times. They are flexible so I just lay in top of my head or on my neck. Works great & you can take em with you. Hope this helps.
