Hi. Just an update. I received the Think Right Now sleeping CD called 'Tranquil Sleep Now' yesterday. I am extremely pleased to say that I loved this CD right from the beginning. The music is very relaxing and peaceful and the affirmations are perfect. Unfortunately I listened to it the 1st time in the car and I nearly fell asleep - my eyelids got so heavy !!! I've listened to my many other Think Right Now CD's in the car, but if anyone gets this one, they will know that you can't listen to this one in the car !! This is strictly for when you are wanting to sleep or rest DUH!! LOL (it's more the effect of the music than the words).

This CD has several affirmations about being able to sleep without medication, so if there is anyone on medication, this could be very successful to getting you off of it.
Well, I don't know what more to say except I think this is a real gem and again I am very happy at it's potential
