I had a very stressful two last weeks. At that time I developed lower back, hip and leg pain. My back does not appear out as there are no tender spots. When I have my mind on something very positive the pain lessens. I've done a lot of research and read that back pain can come from nervousness. It got so bad I couldn't walk because of leg pain. I just started a homopathic remedy and some stretches and other stuff. Felt a little better until I got some bad news. Anyway I doing things positively in spite of this.

Just would like to hear from you if you too have experienced this. For a follow up on something interesting I found in regard to bones and joints look please in the spirituality folder.

I suffer from these same kinds of pains all of the time it seems. I'm realizing that most of it is stress related, but I do have some problems that make me more prone to muscle pains. However, stress makes it worse and exercising makes it feel a lot better. I try to get messages as much as I can (or afford) and that helps a lot too. I've never done it, but accupuncture is supposed to help a lot too. I can't wait to do this for the first time. I just have to save up for these types of things.

Just be good to yourself and your body and it should get better eventually. Your doctor can give you good suggestions as well on muscle tension tips and exercises. I hope you feel better soon.
