Well I got the program,did it one day, did the relaxation tape a couple of times, and havent toched it since. I know it works, but I havent been feeling that good this weekend so I didnt do it and now I feel guilty. Has the ever happend to anyone? I have promised myself to hit it hard next week. I havent even done a jornal or anything. I just need to know if this is going to work. I know I have to put in, what I want to recieve out of it. But just confused oh how to do this thing. Thanks Andrew for your reply back. I am still on tape one. I havent done anything else. I'm just afraid that if I dont do it everyday or everyother day, I am not going to benefit from it. Matter of fact I was feeling so quilty that I am listening to tape 1 again while I am typing to you Smiler Am I suppose to mail the worksheet in on the questions i answered in the workbook? How has the program worked for you? Thanks again for the help, it is much apperciated!!!!

I think you and I are in similar boats here. I havent a clue what I'm doing with this. I know that we are suppose to do the book like a workbook but it seems confusing does it?? I'm so much better when I work person to person. Anyway I think we just keep the question page to evaluate ourselves later. I'm gonna study harder to figure this out but man is this gonna be tough!!Good luck and hope you do well.

Dear Wolvie and Halfpt,

I think when we first begin the program- it looks overwhelming...so what's new...we've been doing that for years. Right?

First: read the roman numeraled pages, especially page vii. This will give you a fair idea as to how to spread the program out over a weeks time. (Important!)

Second: you may send in the evaluations. We respond to every piece of mail. The evaluations help us to know you better and they enable us to add to our research. We appreciate the effort it takes to send it, however, it is not mandatory.

Overwhelm and 10 things at once are common behaviors for us...take just 30 days to do it different. If "overwhelm" and speed living worked...we'd be fishing or golfing or...something else today.

We've been helping people get over anxiety disorders for 15 years...we DO know what works...trust yourself, us and the program for just 30 days...try our way.
