I had a doctor's visit this morning for the first time since starting the program. I was unbelievably anxious <well not unbelievably for me, but anyhow>. I got back to the room and pulled out the relaxation tape. I put the paper top on for an examination and laid down and listened to the first part of the relaxation tape. By the time that it went into muscle relaxation, I was as good as gold. I had stopped hyperventilating and crying.
I have been so busy that I haven't used the program appropriately, but I was impressed that just listening to the tape helped a tremendous amount. I just started Lesson 2 on Panic Attacks so I used the blue cards and that helped too.
