Recently with the anxiety I been experiencing I have had flu like symptoms.I woke up this morning with that anxious energy that turns into panic attacks. I try to ignore it and keep going but sometimes it is so strong it ends up turning into a panic attacks. As the day went on I felt sick and had body aches and headaches like as if I had the flu. I had the same symptoms last week. If anyone can help is this part of symptoms due to anxiety?

weird i just came on to write a post about the same thing. today i woke up with the number 2 and than was so tired and than later on tonight i feel all head stuffy and headaches and aches and weak and tired etc etc etc and now my anxiety is way up there. my ovaries hurt too and am on my period. . anyway, so i am curious too to know if anxiety causes flu like symptoms.

Hi, I also have flu like symptoms. about 3 to 4 days a week. I get very down when I feel like this.
