I just had an interview for a new position that required me to fly over 2000 miles for the appointment. I was calm throughout the flight but had a panic attack right before my meeting. I nearly got up and walked out. Then I forced myself to "Be here now" and I pulled myself out of the cycle by listening intently to the interviewer. I got the job offer!

I need to travel 20% of the time for this position so I am increasing my focus on conquering this problem and I have just purchased the program. I already had a Lucinda book before this and I am re-reading it to re-enforce it. Purchasing the CD program is a triumph for me. It shows me that I am finally willing to make an investment in myself and change for good.

THAT IS GREAT!!! Smiler Big Grin Smiler Big Grin

I am so glad that you have the program and have been able to squash the anxiety. This is only the beginning! It will get easier over time.

Please let us know what happens with the job, ok? Welcome and best of luck to you.

Warm wishes, LizB

Kudos, SW!

This is another reason why it is so great to keep
a journal, because
when you write/type in it about successful hurdles such as these,
it is a wonderful feeling!
