This morning I had a dream of my father being drunk and trying to talk to me while drunk (he is an alcoholic) which reminded me of the anger i feel towards him ....I almost went about my day in one of my total states of anger-rage-spaciness but my skills calmed me down in a few minutes and I was "less affected and more effective"...for any of you out there with anger problems...think if this...if i hadnt calmed myself down...would i be able to sit here and type this post? ..just food for thought
