I truly want to help others get through this, because I now see the light, and I KNOW that this program holds the key for so many people fighting the battle that I fought for over 20 years. Do yourself a favor, and go through this program - two, three times if you have to - it took me more than once. I personally feel like the drug companies control the message and don't want Lucinda's or CBT programs to get any attention because it costs them money and that's all they (the drug companies) really care about. I would either be gone or still on meds were it not for buying Lucinda's program and then joining a great CBT group which saved my life.

What is a CBT group? A lot of people mention it but I am unsure what that is...Thank you

I personally find that this program is a tremendous help as well. I have been into this thing for just over a month and dare to say that I have had no panic attacks, totally controlled anxiety and depression seems to be a thing of the past.
I keep cutting off any negative thoughts that creep into my mind and replace them with positive thoughts and/or actions. It seems to really be helping. Thanks Lucinda.

I wish more people knew about her program. There is TOO many meds prescribed to folks without really looking at the problem. They tried to give my sister meds. I let her use this program...wow she was so happy she didnt need the meds!
