starting spiraling down a few days ago with negative inner talk...then remembered my stalled Lesson 5 exercise and since getting better from carpal tunnel surgery few weeks ago, restarted exercize sets. low and behold, it took just a few days of exercising sets I'd add to til I made that day's quota I wanted to do, and my inner negative chatter slowed down long enough to clear out enough emotional debris to allow me to refocus onto other values of this program to lift me from the downward spiral long enough to take a next step forward=beginning the computer chat room! BIG STEP for this novice computer lady! it was a nice group of people. I'd very much like a slower form of emailing pen pals to work the program with if anyone is interested. -hzlelz@yahoo.com

Thanks for the reminder! I have been putting off exercise because I tend to "freeze" when I get stressed and do nothing but watch T.V. I appreciate you taking the time to tell how exercise has helped you, and congratulations on a job well done!

thx julie! I was sooo excited seeing i had a reply! Your reply reminded me in turn! I felt so much better today, I didn't exercise. I had some chest/back pain last day or so (that may have come from the therapeutic back exercise portion of my restarted exercise program) and didn't exercise. How easy it is to forget our lessons. so thank you for replying which in turn reminded me. -hzlelz
