Hi,

I have had anxiety for close to a year now. I visited doctors after doctors, stopped driving, stopped getting out of the house, no restaurants, no shopping...I bought the book and read it carefully twice about three months ago. i am proud to say I have not had anything close to a panic attack in over two months. Today I drove to go to an interview for an executive position. I was not worried about getting the job as much as the driving there. 1 1/2 hour drive and I did it all on my own! I might still experience anxiety once in a while but if someone would have told me a year ago that I could drive such a long distance on my own I would not have believed it. I feel like I might have finally won the battle.

rumoka,
It definately feels good when you accomplish something you feel unsure about doing !! GREAT JOB ! Wink If you ever experience anxiety in the future, do not be alarmed, simply remind yourself what it is and take steps to remedy it.

Wishing you the best as you move forward!
