HI...a big thing for me lately has been highway driving...this is new for me..because I have always been able to drive..but the past three months or so everytime I got on the highway..I wanted to get off..I had the worst panic attacks...Well Yesterday...I HAD to drive about 30 miles on the highway..I had no choice. Anyway...I anticipated it all day...with all the what if's you can imagine... Anyway..I got out there...and used my positive self talk...don't get me wrong, it wasn't easy..but I did it...and guess what...on the way home...NOTHING. Not one anxious moment..not one negative thought..the whole way home I was like...singing with my cd's and having lots of positive thoughts...it was great!!!! I did it!!! Yay ME!!!!! I just wanted to share that with you...and the other thing too...I was alone in the car...usually my safety net is my kids...like I have to do it for them...but they weren't with me...And to make it even better...I got good news from my G.I. Doctor..and I can go off my Prilosec..which I have been on for 2.5 years..I was so excited!!!!! It was all wonderful!!! Ok..that is enough of me babbling!!!! Have a great Day!!

Kacey88 [ I am so happy for you that i could just scream but any way YAY !!! I know what you mean when you do that thing you been putting off due to the thought of the symtems .I am so glad for you keep taking good care af your self I think you are doing a great job .
