It has taken a year and a half for me to get to this point but I went on a week long vacation with my husband and actually was able to go out and do a lot of things. We went to the beach each day and also did some sightseeing. The last time we went to the beach, I was pretty agoraphobic and could hardly leave the cottage. This time I did things like take an hour long tour of an historic house. Although I still had some mild anxiety, I can look ahead to next year and think that things will have improved even more the next time we go!
