I am so glad I found this parlicular forum...this is what I'm left dealing with in my anxiety issues..reality! It started with the "who am i" feelings and now i've surpassed that and i'm delaing with the "am i really here?" issues and also the "what the heck is life?" i'm learning to embrace as i've started this program and i'm trying my hardest to not let it affect me the way i used to..the other day i was reading a magazine and i realized brad pitt had a tatoo on his arm that read "life is absurd" and it made me laugh..to me it was a sign that i'm not alone..we are all in the same boat..we have no idea what this is all about but at least we are in together! love to all of u! and stay strong Smiler

I have found it to be a wonderful help knowing that we are all in this together. I cannot stress enough what a wonderful support this board is, and I am just starting session three today. Finding humor in our struggles is always a great thing. It's amazing when you finally realize that you AREN'T really ever alone. There are always people struggling with that you are. You will have your good days and bad, but you are on the right track. I wish you nothing but the best. Keep posting! It's a wonderful outlet. Big Grin

WinkGetting over anxiety is like peeling an onion, each layer getting you closer to the core of your anxiety. Once we cut through to the core, its gone!
EekerI'm peeling my way through layer 3 of that onion and its been tearful at times but a lot of progress too!
Big GrinGood luck to everyone today in getting one day closer to feeling well. Take care, Cheryl

Hello Everyone. My name is Melanie.

This is my first time and day in the forum.

I just received my program on Friday and started reading and watching materials today.

I had such a hard time with my anxiety even ordering the program on the phone, but somehow got through it.

I am about to leave for a week to visit family and to go to a Women of Faith conference. I wanted to get my feet wet in the program before I left.

I am so grateful for this program and for everyone here. I will be in touch more later.

Have a great day everyone.

Sincerely,

Melanie
