Hello all-

Just wanted to share that yesterday, I finished the program! Five months ago, I couldn't get off my couch. Now, I feel like I can't contain my positive energy and excitement for living.

Thank you Midwest Center for teaching me coping skills that I never learned. I'm free!! Smiler
