I don't have a success story or anything but I do have something that glimmers within me..I can feel it and I can almost hold on to it while I am riding on panic all day long. Even though my heart beats fast all the time and I almost lose my mind I can still feel something that is telling me to hold on and ride it out. I keep wanting to let go because it seems so hopeless or it will take so long but even though I give up sometimes, something in my mind screams go on, go on, don't give up. I still have hope that I can overcome this and I will. I am just scared it will be too long and my body or my mind won't be able to take it much longer
Perhaps realizing that hope is my triumph of the day...

The human spirit is such a poweful thing, and that's where that little voice is coming from. Listen to it, hold on to it. Our bodies and mind can endure a heck of a lot more than we think.

Someone told me to try this experiment and I did. He told me to get on the floor and do as many situps as I could. I did 48 and said, I can't do anymore. I felt like I was going to have a heart attack if I did one more. He said, do 10 more. I looked at him like he was crazy, and told him he had to be kidding me. My muscles hurt so much. He repeated it again: do 10 more.

I did 10 more. (cursing him with each one lol)

Point is, we have so much more in us than we realize, even when we're sure we've reached our limit.
