I want to say thank you to Lucinda Basset for creating a such a wonderful program and to Carolyn, for her uplifting words. I also want to thank those of you that have also taken the time, to write and encourage me to keep my head up. I was suffering from Depression from Betrayal from mother and exwife, which sparked panic attacks and limitations, of which , I am still dealing with day by day, but it has gotten a little easier. But as far as the Depression and Anger toward my mother and my exwife concerns, it is gone. This program ,plus with the help of you all, has done it. I realized that I needed to let go of the past and quit draggin the negative can of trash around with me. I still have my days though, but its alot easier. I could not have gotten this far without GOD'S help though. I knew I was going to run out of my lexapro, within a week, so I spaced the medicine, days apart, till I ran out. I had one or two days that I was on a crying gig, but it passed and I no longer take it. Lexapro, didnt help me with the panic attacks, but it did help to take the edge off things. I still have my days, where Im really happy and sometimes not so happy, but its ok. Im level in a way, thanks to God, and this program, and all of my caring freinds. I am still on this program, and I know its not an instant success, as bad as I want it. But I have made a website, for myself to reflect on for future days of motivation. I just want to try and help those that have helped , or those that might be uplifted on some days. Its just my way of saying thank you, and to share how I percieve things in a positive way. Maybe something I say, or photograph may help us all, get on track and stay positive, while we are dealing with our issues.

Hi Joseph,

I also want to thank The Midwest Center and staff for getting my life back. Living with anxiety, depression, IBS, panic attacks and agoraphobia for 8 years certainly took alot of years off of my life. It was not easy as I look back to those times in my life in which I was struggling to survive. My husband did not understand my condition at all and my doctors would not help me to get over this terrible condition.

Thank you again for such a GREAT PROGRAM that The Midwest Center has put together for all of us who are struggling with anxiety disorders. NOW THERE IS HELP you no longer have to live the life you are living you now have the skills to WALK THROUGH THE DOOR AND SEE THE SUNSHINE ON THE OTHER SIDE.

I just want to say Thank You for making a beautiful and relaxing website "journey with me". The scenry and the pictures are awesome and I love the music that you picked to make it a total relaxing place to go.

I would like to go there often just to relax, unwind and see the peace the earth brings to us. The waterfalls, the rocks overflowing with water running, the mountains, the beautiful sunset, a feeling of being on top of the world and looking down at how life is suppose to be.

I have to agree with you about letting go of your past and dragging around all the negative garbage. That is what each of us have to do is LET IT GO AND MOVE ON!!!
You cannot be well and feel hurt and hate in your heart. Even through it may not seem right sometimes you just have to forgive the person and give it to God.
