I am a 50 year old Husband and father and I completed the course last week.For 20 years I was a mess that culminated in depression and anxiety the past 3 years.When I started this course 15 weeks ago I shook so bad I couldn't put a disc in the player.I sit here today calm and thankful back at work ,looking forward to every precious present moment that life offers.I went to a concert last night my daughter was in and sat in the audience with tears streaming down my face because of the beauty of that moment.I want to thank with all my heart Lucinda and the people at the Midwest Centre for getting my life back.It took till the twelfth week for me to see major results and anyone who is in the course and has doubts please carry on .The sun can shine again.
