Ladies,
I am in the process of writing a Christian devotional for women who have anxiety/panic. I would love to add short testimonies in with it from those who are on their way or already over the problem. They can be of any nature....but geared towards what you felt helped you along the way....that can be your faith in Christ, changing your diet, changing your inner dialog, Lucinda's program or another resource, any books that helped you along the way, whatever you would want to share with another woman to encourage her in her journey to overcome panic disorder.
