Thank the Lord he once again blessed many of us with little damage here on the eastern end of the panhandle!!!!

Although, we are not allowed out of our city (which is only one way in and one way out)we ended the day with only lots of limbs, a few downed trees, washed out roads (which is already 100xs better), and 11 hours w/out power. So I'd say that is truly truy blessed. Also, I made it thru with so little anxiety!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope and pray all is well with you all!!!!!!!

Glad to hear it !!! I used to live on Eglin AFB in Ft. Walton Beach and I was concerned about everyone there. It's been 4 years since I moved away to Massachusetts but my heart in still there!! Glad to hear you are doing well w/ not much damage OR anxiety !!

have you done the recovery program.... Abraham low? i have his book very good. i use to go to the support groups many years ago it was helpful too. Lucinda program has really enlightened my life... all of it is progress to me and i am so learning so much . 1949 i think abraham Low founded the recovery program? soo cool
