i'm not sure how to format this but anyway, i started the program a couple of months ago. I am a serious procrastinator and it took me a while to "get into it". I must say that after the 4th tape, I was at least twice again better than i was before. I learned how not to "shoud" on myself and recognize negative thoughts as they transpired. I am really looking forward to the rest of the program.

Deedee00,

Do you mind sharing a little of your experience and how the program has helped you? I just ordered, haven't recieved yet, but I cant wait to get started. I've battled anxiety for over 10 years now and its finally taken its toll on me the last few months. I am now faced with daily panic attacks and dreadful physcial sypmptoms.

Hi Misty. I had been battling anxiety for over 15 years. My main symptom was lightheadness but I had panic attacks, agoraphobia, nervousness, OCDs, low self esteem, all kinds of fears, insomnia, depression, and other symptoms that I can't remember. I did the program twice. The first time I didn't do it right. I skipped around to the other chapters when I started to feel good. BAD IDEA! As soon as something bad happened, the anxiety came back.

I had to start all over again. On the next attempt I did the program EXACTLY the way the program said and today I feel great!

In life bad things do happen, but now I am not that scared person I use to be. Now and then I do get a little nervous when problems come up, but now I handle things better and the symptoms are not strong as they use to be and they don't stay long anymore.

Just a few hours ago I was decorating for x-mas and I realized just how good I am feeling. Last year I was forcing myself to enjoy putting up the decorations and this year I'm singing carols with the to music while I decorate. That felt so good.

It's hard work doing the program but it's worth it. Make sure that you force yourself to take the chances needed to face your fears. And remember that these body symptoms won't hurt you. They will only make you feel uncomfortable.

Take care.
DeeDee.
