I posted twice today. The post were sad.

However I want people to know eventhough it's been very crazy again for me.

I have used the program to help me with some doctors visits and some of my stress. It got me through the visits I stoped my self from freaking out!!!!

I must focus on staying with the program and not let outside forces tear me away..
