Ok guys, after battling witht his monster for 3 months, I 've been on Xanax off and on. My therapist really said I needed to be on an SSRI because lets face it, I'm not functioning as well as I should be/ Well after carrying Zoloft with me all week, I finally did it. I took my first pill. I hope this is the took I need to get me focused and on track. At least balance myself a little so I can learn the skills and work hard on this program so I can ultimately, reach my goal of getting of medication. One step at a time though.=) so yes, I think this was a HUGE step for me.
