Since my mom passed away I have gained a fear of heights. This caused me to move from a thirteen floor apartment. I could not even stand on a chair without a panic. Just recently I have taken on a project that require climbing a ladder. I though how am I going to do this? I had a paint can with brush in hand ready to work. I had to do it, one step at a time I have climbed the latter. I was really nervous and panic. I took a secure footing stood on the latter and did my work. Before I knew it I had all the walls in both rooms painted.

Even though I have sweated, heavy chested, shaking, slight little virtigo. I did it. I still cannot climb great heights like I use to, but getting on the latter was a very good, powerful and positive step for me.

I still have a long ways to go yet.

I have been having feelings of being off balance for almost a year now and I have noticed that heights have become an issue for me! So good for you, that is definitely a victorious milestone
