Hi Chrissy, How are you doing? I hope you get this message because I wanted to let you know I have continued to take your advice and focus on the tea forms (really got the hang of them now) and I have made even greater strides than I ever thought possible for me in the past couple of months. Thank you so much! I wish I would have bought the book and started doing the exercises when my therapist first recommended it to me, but no sense beating myself up about it because I can't change the past and at last I am finally changing my future. Thanks again and I hope you are doing well.

I would like very much to know about this advice and the book you mentioned. I feel that I could benefit from both.

Hi Chrissy, I just replied to your other note where you mentioned this reply. I apologize for not signing on here recently but part of the reason is that I have been feeling so much better I have been busy making up for lost time Smiler I still feel a lot of gratitude to you for getting me off my butt and motivating me to get the book and start doing the tea forms every day. I feel the best I have felt in forever. Take care and keep in touch. I hope things are still going well for you also!

thank you for the information I am definately interested, and plan on learning more.

I know this may not make sense to putting it here but something pulled me here. I thought I would like to share this thought with someone.

now facing and turn it into the greatest opportunity

to grow simply by changing how you see it.

Dead ends then become turning points."

I can't find this book "You Can Change Your Future Not Your Past" that you mentioned with the TEA forms - can you tell me how to find it?

Tea forms stand for Thought, Error, Analysis. You write the Anxiety causing thoughts down then identify which thinking errors the anxiety causing thoughts contain and then you analyze the thoughts and counter them with a more rational and objective thought. It seems to basic to work, but they really can transform the way you think and react to things. It's amazing how much I have changed for the better already.

The book I was referring to with the TEA forms is called Been There, Done That? DO THIS! by Sam Obitz. It says the thing you thought was the title on the back cover (You Can Change Your Future But Not Your Past) but that's not the name of the book.
