I actually made it through the day with absolutely no anxiety or depression! Crossing my fingers for tomorrow!

That's fantastic! What a great step forward, I am sure things will be improving exponentially from now on. Every day with no anxiety is a great success. And remember, if you feel anxiety or depression again sometime soon, it will pass and it is not a setback. Now that you have gotten through a whole day okay, you can keep doing it again and again. Pretty soon it will be every single day!

How great! I'm crossing my fingers too, as I had a day with no negative thoughts surfacing. There was nothing to challenge in my journal when I went to write them all down! I kept trying to think of something negative I had told myself and realized there wasn't anything. We are progressing aren't we!! Yay
