Boy, I hope I'm in the right spot to share! I went to the dentist today and I did great! I had alot of opportunity to use my new skills (panic was at a 10 plus!!!) and they worked perfectly!!!!!
I'm so excited!!
I am going back on Friday to finish the job and I am planning on having great success. I have learned that you can be nervous and panicky and be right up in the 10 and still get through it. Panic is not so scary anymore!!!! I am learning not to be fraid when the panic comes and that is the greatest gift I have ever been given....I am so thankful to God for this program and it's teaching and this forum, for all of you, thanks for all of your insight and sharing experiences!!

Congratulations! You have a reason to be proud. It is a great feeling to be able to control the anxiety, especially dental related. Keep up the good work. I am happy for you because I truly relate.

Congratulations!! Isn't that a wonderful feeling! I was in a similar situation with a dental visit a couple of years ago and I felt so good after because I got through it, panic and all and did fine.
