Ok, this is so new to me. I got the program and listened to session one and did the workbook. I have found the relaxation tapes to be very good. I noticted in the guidebook that it said that is was okay to move ahead on to session two if you felt you were comfortable. So my question is, is it okay that I started session two today. Yesterday, when I began session one, I was so nervouse almost anxious. But I went to the support group and they were a lot of help in assuring me that it was normal to feel anxious. I am pretty confident with session one. Is it a mistake to skip to session two so fast? Someone please assure me that I am not screwing this up. Lord knows I need to do this the correct way. Thanks to all of you wonderful caring people!
Hi brig, I think you can feel good about going on to session 2.After that staying week to week would be best to get all you can from the program. You will see what I mean when you get farther. I will be starting #7 tommorrow.A week seems to go by so quick.Welcome to the program. I wish you the best. Paul
Thanks for asking - I was wondering the same thing today. I appreciate the answers. As always, it is great to have this support system. Thanks again. -J

You can trust yourself. If you are comfortable moving on to session two then go ahead. If you still have some doubt than stay with one for the entire week. It takes our brains at least 8 times for things to sink in so staying with one will certainly be beneficial. If you decide to move to two, one will be refreshed again and again. You need not worry. I would recommend, however, that you stay a week with each subsequent tape.

Hi! I am on my 2nd day of session one as well. I havn't done any of the reading or homework in the workbook yet, cause I don't want to rush, and want to do the sessions in steps,as it is planned out on end of the "introduction" book. I guess if one feels like they are comfortable in going ahead quicker, than it should be o.k.Just as long as you listen to the audio, watch the coaching video, read and do the homework for the session. Tomorrow I will do the reading in the book on Session one,and listen to audio one again, even though I may think I don't need to.
