I'm on the third day of program. My doubts are still strong but I promised myself I would give this a fair shot. What's to lose? Have suffered from anxiety ever since I can remember. Also some panic attacks. Currently taking Lexapro and Abilify and would like to get off of at least one of them. Also in therapy.
Been around the block a few times. Adult surviver of physical abuse, the whole gamut. Here's to all of us just beginning. Success to all! Walksalong

Hope you keep doing this for yourself. You can talk yourself out of staying with it, but it sounds like you are doing a good job of working on that type of thinking. I wish you success. Don't forget to journal. Doesn't really matter what you write down. It's the process, and much of what you write in early sessions provides you the material to get through later session homework.

What do you have to lose...all that is bad, best reason to be positive, stick with the program work your butt off with all aspects of the program at a comfortable pace for YOU!!

You have so much to GAIN from this program and forum. If you feel discouraged or overwhelmed then post for some help and inspiration...BUT NEVER QUIT!!!!

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, BE KIND TO YOURSELF EVERYDAY!!
