Hi New Jen. Boy, can I relate to this. My issue is constant heartburn that doesn't respond to stomach drugs. It finally went away with Lexapro. I hope to get off this drug with the help of this program. Session 1 gives me lots of hope. Glad your depression is lifting. I hope for all of us that anxiety becomes more manageable as well.
