Hey guys! I am starting lesson 2 right now and have to say that the breathing exercises really help. I haven't been doing the daily relaxation cd.. which I am going to start really trying to do.
I still have that panic and scary thoughts creep in my head ... but I tell myself that they are only thoughts and they are just trying to distract me from what is really bothering me.
I am happy to start session 2 this week. I think that I will feel so encouraged when I am not afraid of the panicky feelings.
Has anyone had any success overcoming panic attacks after the first week????

Iam on my second session as well, and it has been an amazing program already. Keeping a journal has help me realized that I feel really anxious and have panic attacks during the day if I eat eggs specially for breakfast. I have been avoiding eggs and feel better. When I do feel anxious I asked the questions that Lucinda recommends such as what is bothering me? than I talk very positive to my self like if I was trying to calm down a frind and it works. I have noticed that the relaxation tape bring my heart rate down it calms me down.
