I just started the program and was wondering if anybody felt like the feeling will never going away. Not just anxiety, but everything. Such as ringing in the ears, turbulance on a plane that will never stop, never stop feeling naseaus and so on. Any little feeling will just stay forever. Also, when you are on a plane and you just want to get off, obviously you can't, what to you do and what do you think. I have had panic for 30 years and I am still trying to figure it out. Please let me know if anybody feels like it will stay with you forever. I am leaving on a trip in 2 weeks and I don't want to have these thoughts on the plane. Any feelback would help. Thanks.

Whenever my mood is lower, I feel that way too.

I am feeling that I will always be an anxious and dperessed person who is sensitive to almost evrything (including meds and food).

I am trying to learn how not to make a big deal out of the physical symptoms (IBS), heatr racing, etc...BUT IT IS VERY HARD

I am still trying.

Hello

I feel like anxiety symptoms shift over time. Just when you get over one symptom, for example diziness, another new one appears like having a headache etc. Over the years I have gone through many growth spurts and have experienced a majority of symptoms. I think that I am just a very sensitive person and get hurt easily. My body reacts physically because I'm still not used to standing up for myself verbally. I also don't respect myself enough to stick up for myself. Anxiety makes you feel inferior to others who don't have it. We feel weaker because of it. I think if we felt strong physically, our mind would also feel stronger. You know that saying "At least you have your health", well most days I feel like I don't have my health. At least, my mental health anyways. We knock ourselves down and compare ourselves to others and these standards of living. Well, I'm rambling now and not sure where I'm going with this.
