Old feelings coming back lately, find myself seeking the refuge of the water closet at work. Where is the peace? We carry it with us everywhere, so perhaps we seek to run to a place that we can eliminate the bound up feeling that anxiety manifests; with the endless "feelings/symptoms/scary thoughts" that it provokes. We are all good, decent people, hopeful, sometimes hurting, but always seeking the good.
