I have to say that I was grateful to find this group because sometimes it is hard to laugh about anxiety when you are going through it.I just started the program and I am grateful to be here....so please leave me something funny.

i find it helps me to sing a little song about anxiety

i usually make one up and play the guitare along with it !

i find it very healing !
