"it's all in your head" well yeah !!!!

people who don't have anxiety REALLY don't get it.

I told one of my wisest best guy friends yesterday about my anxiety, and he was like, Well why do you think that way? If I knew the answer I think I would have conquered it all by now!

I love him anyway - he still supports me even though it is beyond his comprehension. He said, well, because of your anxiety, I won't ask you to lunch - so you don't have a panic attack about it - but call me anytime you want to go and talk, and if I don't see you I will call to make sure you are ok...

People don't have to understand, as long as they are willing to support you through the recovery process they are a great help to you!
